Cesc Fabregas was born the 4th of May, 1987 in Arenys de Mar, Barcelona in Spain. He began playing football with Mataro C.F. At the age of 10 years old he joined FC Barcelona's famous academy, La Masia. At the age of 16 years old in 2003, he was spotted by an Arsenal scout and the English Premier League side signed him. He played for Arsenal for eight years becoming captain in 2008. In 2011, he signed back to his childhood club, FC Barcelona. He is also part of Spain's National team winning the European Championship in 2008 and in 2012 and also winning the World Cup in 2010.
